Shining a light on the most respectable companies in our industry
The extended warranty industry has a bad reputation. Other industries with a bad reputation like estate agents and second hand car sales people are not ALL bad. There are some organisations who stand head and shoulders above the rest. These awards are designed to give recognition to those companies who really value their customers and set high custom service standards for other companies to follow.
These awards are based on 11,000 customer reviews from TrustPilot.co.uk’s independent review site. TrustPilot are the most transparent source of customer opinions we have found. They have reviews for more extended warranty providers/retailers than any other online review platform. The awards are based upon figures taken from the site on Friday 15th November 2013.
